Renews Norman’s long-standing Street Maintenance Bond Program to repair and improve roads across the city.
Updates Norman’s existing Guest Tax so visitors help support parks, arts, tourism, and community amenities.
Together, these proposals help ensure Norman can continue to grow responsibly while maintaining the infrastructure and community spaces residents expect.
